Anni Chang
Senior Scientist II USP
Dr. Anni Chang is currently a Senior Scientist II in the Excipients unit at the United States Pharmacopeia (USP). In her current role, she is responsible for developing, revising, and modernizing USP monographs. One of her focus areas is excipients used in lipid-based drug delivery.
Dr. Chang has more than 16 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry and now USP in analytical method development, validation/transfer, and standard setting. She received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland, USA. Dr. Chang is also active in the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists and serves as the secretary in the Lipid Based Drug Delivery community.
