Tracking the Fate of Biodegradable LNPs in Vivo

- Highly Biodegradable lipids for LNP therapeutics are known to improve tolerability and potency.
- Tracking the fate of these nanoparticles in vivo poses challenges as the lipids and metabolites are labile and incompatible with conventional detection techniques.
- This presentation shall address our approach to solving the bioanalytical challenges and the result of metabolism and excretion studies.
