Isabelle Gusev

Dr. Isabelle Gusev is Principal Scientist and Group Leader at TesseraTx, where she leads the development of advanced tools for LNP characterization. She earned her Ph.D. at Yale University under mentorship of Professor Csaba Horváth, the pioneer of HPLC technology. An expert in separation techniques and mass spectrometry, Dr. Gusev has extensive experience analysing biopolymers including oligonucleotides, proteins, ADCs, AAVs, LNPs, and peptides. She holds a patent on a peptide purification method developed for Taspoglutide (GLP-1 agonist) and has authored numerous scientific publications and presentations.
