Dedicated Room Block
We have a discounted nightly room rate of $319++ from Sunday April 5th to Wednesday April 7th at the conference hotel, The Westin Boston Seaport District.

Please be aware that room bookings cannot be made through any third‑party websites. All official accommodation information and booking options will only be provided:
- Directly via an email from a verified Hanson Wade email address

Reservation deadline is Friday March 6th. However, please note due to high demand, rooms may sell out before the cutoff date so we do recommend you book your accommodation sooner rather than later.
